Zoloft (sertraline HCL) is the most widely sold antidepressant, pharmaceutical analysts say, despite its being prescribed for conditions and patients who do not warrant taking the antidepressant.

Physicians are concerned over the health of the patient’s taking it, as well the risk to their mental well-being. So far, while those who are taking Zoloft but do not need it, are not gaining much benefits for it and the side-effects associated with their use is something caregivers prescribing them should be concerned with.
